At the end of the day CTO has been an interesting story, as a fossicker / miner / explorer what ever it claims to be today because they have continued to be able to raise just enough funds to stay afloat for an extended period of time.Got to give them credit for keeping themselves in well paid jobs for over a decade whilst retail shareholders have lost the backside out of their pants.
