Sydney think you need to have a closer look at the so called PROFIT. Yes they made a profit from mining activities but over all they made a substantial LOSS when development ( which You have to have ) administration , cost of borrowings and other incidentals are taken into account. CTO imo are misleading investors with the so called Profit and Asic should not allow this type of accounting. If they were making $1000 an ounce real profit then internal cash flow would have supported the development to 300 000 0z a year production I would still own my original shares which would be worth around $7.00 and investors would be very happy.
