You have to wonder if the core focus was coal and you had $500 M in the bank why the hell would u chase something that u know little about!
Having done that ....you are now stuck with a company in the USA with a poison pill ( huge expenses for ex salaried employees )
The expenses are running totally out of control for a company with no cash flow.
There is little oil revenue to speak and if Teressa was not saleable when coal was out of control you'd hardly expect a sale with the current outlook for prices.
All in all I can see a big bang coming!
$1.30 looks a good sale price.....Reality is that PB has delivered one sale and one swollow does not make a summer.
