Nobody knows how the weather will turn. Sometimes it's better not to stay on deck, set a sea anchor , batten down and go below. Sooner or later the storm will pass and either leave you with a nice summer day or wrecked on a reef. Nothing you can do about it.

EIS - we will have to be patient, but what I do know is that the sovereign risk, though high , is less than with Zambians neibours.
