So lets get this straight, still nothing back from EK... So anyone looking to support his 249D would have to have rocks in their head...

Not to mention, that there was only ~AUD50k in liquidity left in the company after taking payables into account... So EK has essentially pissed away shareholders funds to the tune of ~$230k probably more (the large blips on external professional and admin fees, let me guess lawyers?) on fighting off 249D's and taking people to the takeovers panel to protect your own selfish ass, instead of listening to shareholders and getting on with a JORC, that had been promised for years...
