No point doing anything at this stage until we have everything signed and sealed ... I suggest some non critical the board members resign or their wages cut in 1/2 until we have solution here ... draining the company of directors fees and hefty legal bills is not really the desired outcome .. yes the legal stuff is not an option but after numerous court room victories we don't seem to have news of any monetary compensation (RTG owed roughing $35M from memory) etc.
