They don't need dividends...they have very good salary...and absolute control over company....I don't see why they don't keep shareholders better informed....except they dont' give a sh**.
Typical...give a sh** when they need an injection of money.
but a lot of shareholders just need to think their directors are thinking of them...and this shows in the Share Price.
