Hi Edshann, I remember you from Valmec in 2020. This looks like a similar set up to me.. However, I think WSI has a better chance of defending takeovers here based on my perception of Management's preference.
From my perspective, this is too cheap to ignore. Less than 3 x earnings and trading for less than net working capital (and net cash) with a fortress balance sheet. I like what Management are doing, they are making EPS accretive acquisitions.... more to come, I hope.
Appears no real institutional ownership or retail discovery on this stock yet, so I am quite excited about this one. Goodluck all !
