I must say the gifting of $560k to Kelvin from Alltype for continued good work seems like a massive slap in the face to shareholders currently sitting in the red, management failed to hit the performance option targets and they expired, but never mind here is some shareholders money instead, just such a poor look that needs to be called out at next AGM. There has been a lot of shares being sold at 14c recently, makes you wonder. Instead of these share to employees already on excellent wages, use the $1m for a dividend for shareholders?
