I wonder what the regulators have been doing while this has been unfolding over the last few years.
I am guessing anything that has been sent to ASIC has elicited a response along the lines of:
"Following consideration of the issues you have raised at a senior level, ASIC has decided not to take any further action into the issues you have raised at this time. "
It seems it is better to take your cash and pour it into beer and pokies at the local pub that to invest in the ASX sometimes.
The biggest shame lies with the ASX and ASIC IMO.
