So what's going to happen with ol' CVI? Looks like ADH and Fortitude are getting into bed together and maybe that coal deal down yonder will be added to the mix. I assume then that some company will be listed on AIM and these assets will be part of the prospectus. I would imagine that soon after or maybe as part thereof shares will be offered to CVI for their percentage. And that will be that. The UK company will soon see its share value slide down the slippery slope until it as well becomes worthless.
It might just be another form of tunneling and I'm sure Mark Smyth and his merry men will be there to grab some of the proceeds.
