    Not a great report in terms of trying to move to profitability....BUT...can someone explain to me why a company with 23mil in the bank and 14mil in US bonds (38mil total) and 1mil of liabilities to pay only has a market cap of 25mil?

    To me that's a market cap 35% below current book value ignoring intangibles
