    check on the most recent appendix 3b on 5 Aug, the total shares including the 40M escrowed shares is 154M shares; cash as ann on 24 Aug is A$37.8m . And therefore the cash backing is A$0.245 per share. Even considering the options which need certain conditions to be executed. The cash backing is still ~24c.
