Call me paranoid but I've been labelled Andrew Meloncelli before! I'm not him! From a conversation with him last year he looks on HC but doesn't post. But you make a good point - why the need for the $30M if we had $12M already? How bad is the cash burn. And isn't it a conflict of interest to have a 10% interest bearing loan with the comp buying the plant? They may not be rushing the chinese regulators to complete as they are earning $3M per annum. Latest info from the board is October completion. We'll see.
