Hi spid i might have to do some digging and find out, i suspect that would be the case but im not certain myself.

My impression, from a realistic point of view is that they need to prepare the grounds for mining. You may have noticed that our grades have been declining every year..

As a result i think they may decide it is worth while digging elsewhere. sometimes there is a lot of rock and hard ore that needs to be broken down before and prepared before mining can occur. For instance, you could have high grade copper deeper in the ground which is covered by other rocks and minerals, you need to dig out a lot, especially the deeper you go in.

Im not an expert in this area, numbers are more my thing, lets see if anyone else can shed some light.
