Just a reply from the project contact I received last week if any of you are interested “ I did reach out to the Forest Archaeologist and was informed that there were requested changes and corrections to the report submitted to the Idaho State Historic Preservation Office(SHPO) by the SHPO and that those have been completed and resubmitted back to SHPO. Typically SHPO is given 30 days to concur on our projects so worse case is that re-submission reset the 30 day time period clock. That should conclude the Section 106 process for us on this project and we can then move forward with making a decision.”
