Bit overblown in my opinion. They said that a few days had been lost however they hoped to make it up during the quarter. Anyone thats worked up there would be aware that time down due to flooding is normal. I also believe that the power outages were rectified promptly. However the end of April is when all will be revealed and a substantial rerate of the SP is very probable...all IMO....
