The other thing that jump out at me from Julian's very timely and relevant post is that at this point in time if Vango don't complete the $7.5mm convert deal very soon, then Vango is potentially in default on the short term $1.5mm Bridge loan which this excerpt state come due within 3 months of 31Dec21.
