Good point PulpCutter about pricing convert. I noticed how over recent trading sessions VAN common drawn like a magnet to 4 cents and flat lined at 4 cents on very low volume. Perhaps this action was insiders painting the tape so as to raise the VWAP so as to price convert at 6 cents? With VAN swan dive to 3.4 cents and the trading halt accompanied by Bruce nonsensical letter about misinformation put out by Superior and WASC that VAN need to correct record, whenever trading in VAN common reopen I would not be surprised for the high volume flush to commense
