Clearly there are significant events effecting Vango operations that occurred right after 31DEC21 such as judges ruling in [2021]WASC459 and [2021]WASC459(S) that include permanent injunctions post trial, Superiors rights of first refusal enforced by mandatory orders of court, andCosts orders post trial ordering Vango to pay 80% of Superiors legal fees so this excerpt from Vango ASX regulatory filing is materially false and misleading. I see from VAN financial statements that VAN spent $370,000 over a 6 month period on lawyers to fight Superior in front of WA Supreme Court. I wonder what Superior spent on lawyers over last 5 years and I wonder what 80% of Superiors legal fees come to?
