A lot of water has gone under the bridge since 31 Dec 2015. Not even sure the 2nd creditors meeting had been held by then, and the Liberty $100m certainly had not arrived. The half year accounts to 31 Dec 2015 are already consigned to history. All that counts is the situation post DOCA, and we await a more up to date status report.
