The higher wage costs are a structural problem now, not a one off, unless the regulations are changed. And the higher prices required to cover this will drive away potential customers, as many people have options when it comes to childcare. No wonder they are not mentioning buying more centres. I suspect they see cheaper multiples coming for new centres.
