Monitoring those sessions from two weeks ago:
NSW possible sessions 365 - sessions full 58
QLD 270 - sessions full 14
VIC 315 - sessions full 53
SA. 120 - sessions full 15
WA. 90 - sessions full 0
NSW has improved by 8 sessions and VIC by 5.
IMO they underestimated the impact of the new ratio's. Did they reconfigure their centres? Did they operate under the roof ratios? Were the staff rosters adjusted to minimise wage costs? Little evidence of any of these things happening.
Not all centres would need reconfiguring, but they have known about the ratio changes for years and they just weren't properly prepared for it.
