Yes Cold Collations I am sure that the referenced Corporate Govenance Statement has enabled many an interested part to sleep easy. The only thing more breathtaking than the HOR Boards'disregard for conducting themselves in an appropriate manner and overall abysmal performance is the lack of any examination by ASIC.
ASIC is beyond toothless and somewhere between pathetic and complicit.
What is the saying? Not part of the solution? Part of the problem????!!!!
