    That percentage is until we recoup the cost spent, currently sitting at around 52 million I think.

    If we continue spending the money on the development then we continue getting back the 70%
    One the circle will stop when we recover all investment and then we go back down to 37% but by then I hope we would have negotiated a better deal.

    The point is that the future is looking very bright.
