"valuation here is over the top"
Seems to be based on where the company will be in 12/18 months time, i.e. confirmation of good growth going forward, meeting new construction timelines, no finance worries, uptake of capacity, etc, etc, not to mention Cloud/Gov/Tele.
So, for some, why not park an amount now for the long term, who knows what the SP will be in the near future, Goldman Sachs have $82.10, Wilson's $81.65. Anyway, as they say, no one ever went broke taking a profit.
