Am I missing something here - you say no contract - announcement dated 7/12/2009 says they are the preferred vendor and today's report says - The recent award of a contract to provide Total Waste Management and Industrial Services to Rio Tinto?s Iron Ore Operations in the Pilbara is testimony to the company?s strategy and focus. Tox Free is in a strong position to continue with this growth profile. We now have the management systems and expertise to cater for the expected growth.
Did they just go ahead and sign some time after 7/12/2009 without any further announcement apart from today?
