Recently in Feb 2010 the thread 'A Note of Caution' has been reopened.

IT includes postings at Oct 2009:

During Sept-Dec 09 I for one regularly posted a Sell recommendation with reasons, and the flak I received from nbs HC supporters on my first Sell recommendation was considerable.
I think I was the first to post a Sell after seeing the August draft a/cs.

It's too late now but see postings generally in Oct-Dec09 including Morley.
