at some point will need another cap raising, however timing on the next one is key....
if tincom deal proceeds, and we have a plant underway, SP will rise, other deals will come on board along with small insto,,,,,SP will rise....cap raising at a much higher price - less dilution.....
or take over by Tincom on FS positive outcome?
