tincom starting FS means they have a chance going forward,
the outcome? who knows, some of these projects appear to be okay on paper but fail when in real life testing, we have a littany of these right around the world, but irrelevant at this stage, 1st get the FS started it will be worth more after that, thats the oppurtunity.


RWE in germany is a easy example which ESI do know about I think, it was okay on paper but failed in the end, who are RWE? like a BHP of Germany..... i think they blew 200million or so, but they are doing another variation of the same thing which is more succesful....but enough of that
