I haven't read anywhere where it says TinCom will finance Esi's ''agressive sales strategy'' or the development costs of Matmor.
There's seems to be an awful lot of assumming going on relating to TinCom and the touted 100 big ones.
If you look at current cash burn the company appears to require $2-3 million pa just to keep the shop doors open. Have a look on the right of p3 of the AGM report. Those guys aren't free last time I checked and neither are the staff and other day to day operating costs.
And, keep in mind positive cashflow isn't expected until 2014.
