This sounds really great, from what I gather its a tiny router, so you can use the wifi on our laptop to connect to the credit card sized router, and you'll get internet access at 3g speeds. This could be used on an ipod touch or other wifi enabled device to get full 3g internet. Or could even be used on a smart phone to get cheaper 3g internet (ie a $49 mobile plan could come with 200mb data, but a $49 3g internet plan could have 5-10 gb of data. Big difference)
With the emergence of VOIP you could have an ipod touch, netcomm credit card modem with 3g account and not even have a mobile account, just use a voip number! Probably not overly likely, but thats the sort of thing this technology could enable (and Google Voice is a product that could adapt to this).
The worlds fastest 3g router sounds great as well, networks that are battling for 3g market share will be keen to snap it up. Lets just hope management can maximize the Australian dollars made out of these deals.
