It was a four week case plus the recent closing statements.
Even after that there was some procedual matters and MMX tried to I understand come back to make further statements which the judge declined.
There would be a huge amount of paper to get through.
I aint holding my breathe as the judge may take months to get through the material.
He could if he finds in favour of CHM appoint experts to determine the value of the compensation. This then takes even longer.
It to me boils down to did MMX whose board was Grim and others have knowledge or should have had knowledge if the board was doing its job of the transactions.
