Are you claiming that every person who has bought CHM shares since the case began is not a fair and reasonable person???, including the poor person (apparently)who bought that million shares today. Thats taking a very wide brush opinion Glyna.
Do you realise the chaos it would create if IGNORANCE can be used as a defence for companys', ESPECIALLY if they refuse to defend themselves in the witness box.
