Dear old Gard's...Your info is as suspect as all of chm's allegations.. If you thoroughly check records and reports you will see that Nicu/MMX raised $675,000 on the 10th feb 2004 by making a share plecement, well before any payments were required... Also Initial purchase of Winterfall was for shares (80 million).This was in November 04...Then a further parcel of shares (1.7 million) plus $1.1 million was due to be paid later...(ie later than november 04!).. $600,000 of this was paid between November and end of december 04, (the time when chm claim their funds were used, HOWEVER MMX also sold another parcel of shares approx 4 million to Raise another $800,000 to finance this...So you see at the relevant time of money needing to change hands MMX had already raised in excess of 1.4 mllion, So at the critical time, when money was paid...MMX had it..therefore the arguement that they could'nt have done it without chm's money is ludicrous and totally inaccurate...
