What you are saying is that the dates in the supplementary prospectus issued by current management of MMX and lodged with ASIC and ASX are wrong ?
It says that payments totalling 600k were to be made by 28 July 2004. In my calender this is before the prospectus and supp and right around the time MMX are saying they had about 30k.
The reverse takeover of winterfall happened late 04.
The cash expended in the capital raising by old management you refer to in Feb 04 had been spent and there was no disclosure in last quarterly statement before delisting of anything to do with IO assets. The cash payments flowed through Winterfall to the original vendors it appears in the lead up ie before the reverse takeover. So MMX were finding cash to pass to winterfall who passed it to the original vendors.
Read the dates carefully in these documents found on ASX site.
They do not match what you are saying.
The supplementary states a date for the 500k as 28/7/2004. The prospectus happened at the end of 04. They state that the shares in the private placement were not issued until after the date of the prospectus so it wasnt these funds that were making the payments.
