Onthe contrary...I refer both to the prospectus, and the spplementary....$100k payable at signing of agreement (in april 04 i think)..Nicu/MMX had raised $600K just prior in Feb...$400k by 28th July 2004, MMX made a late payment but If you look at Prospectus, they still had $419,000 in cash as at 17th September....the other $500k was due in Feb 05, ie After IPO and 5.5 mill raised.....and dont forget MMX had raised $800k prior to IPO.....
