Gard's....I believe initially the cash component was only 1 million,...$100k at signing in April, (could easily have been funded by share issue in Feb which raised approx $600k)... Purchase price went up to 1.1 million due to a late payment of first $400K (which was due in late July) The half yearly accounts also refer to an allotment of 4217735 shares raising $843k during period, Could this be a seperate issue, that forms part of the 91 million shares on issue prior to the prospectus, out of which part of the other $400k was funded, thus accounting for the company still having $400k in the bank in september.....
