Gard'd you're wrong.....There is a mention of the 4.2 million share allotment in the half yearly accounts (june 04 to december 04) ..raising $800k, no date but could have conceivably been done as early as july 1st as it just states "during period"....also the initial 100k was paid in April so could easily have been paid out of the capital raising done in feb..
