They have litigation funder and the whole point of that is that the risk and costs pass to them.
I don't think other than the Nasty one and the long banished Captain Cransy that CHM is going to have some form of win. Even MMX concede some CHM money was used.
I think I will be enjoying this for quite a long time as I think they will get some form of royalty right as composition.
