    I agree with your logic and I hope you are right. But I can remember a chest clinician who works in a Developed country but in an area where TB rates are very high saying "we can't possibly perform and IGRA on all our New Entrants because we would not be able to deal with all those that were positive".
    I believe this ostrich activity has already been mentioned.
