Guys, I like what I see with BSA and a few questions if I may:

Does BSA have a binding contract with Foxtel?

What are the barriers to entering this industry? (I'm hoping they are formidable)

Can they pass on contractor cost increases?

It seems to me that the contractor revenue is likely to be flat to declining given the maturity of this industry. But of course, if NBN kicks it could be a company changer.

Any thoughts on what might happen with BSA if Foxtel took over Austar?

To what extent is Allstaff reliant upon the activity occurring within the commercial/office industry? (I'm thinking this will be dead to flat for the next few years)

Is it possible for BSA to build recurring annual revenue from maintenance up to say $100m over the next 3 years?
(It's around $30m now)

How do you guys assess the quality of the management? (There seems to be a lot of options here)
