It seems that, contrary to assertions made by other posters on HC regarding CSS, the company is now better managed.
Kudos to Hagen Stehr that he had enough smarts to get out of the way and get John Ellice-Flint, who did such a spectacular job at Santos, to come on board as chairman. And for Marcus Stehr to (sort of) step aside for Clifford Ashby to take over as Managing Director.
Hopefully the Stehrs are now channelling their energy to move the company forward to the best of their undoubted individual abilities for the benefit of all stakeholders.
In earlier times the related party transactions with the Stehr Group were a bit of a worry. After just a quick glance through the report I could not see any mention. But with professional management we now have a better chance that the transactions are truly at arms length for the mutual benefit of both parties.
