I have had the chance to peruse the report. While the past for CSS hasn't been the best, no-one should complain about the last 6 months. Management has really turned things around.
The spawning program is looking good at the moment (I am touching wood as I am saying this). Does anyone recall precisely when the program went belly up last time? Have CSS past that point yet?
