I think you'll find the tailings dump is very tiny beans compared to the main game. I think they would only give that priority if they were very short of cash. They don't need that cash right now. It would be a distraction to organise treating it. That will undoubtedly get scooped up in the first days when mining begins and get lost with the other ore. I really wouldn't worry about it.
I have been mulling over what the mining plan will probably look like. I'm imagining it will be something like 80,000 ounces a year for 10 years as a start, maybe as little as 50,000 or as high as 120,000. If you compare that to the tailings dump, the latter pales into insignificance.
