I would be interested in their strategy going forward.
The strategy of buying as many businesses as possible and piling them into a common vehicle has a reasonable amount of risk associated with it.
Those risks are illustrated by the Neptune(NMS)model.
I can understand the potential benefits with increased turnover and the margins that are multiplied, that also works in reverse and gives you no room to maneover if something outside your ideal profit strategy arises......which often does.
I agree with wanting to see the performance of the different businesses acquired - those that are generated losses would be hard pressed justifying much goodwill attached to them. Impairment charges will result.
Lack of profitability will/is effectively being covered by Kazacos looking at the facilities he has in place with ANITTEL. He will either lose patience and turn off the tap, or the business will become profitable. I don't think there is middle ground, and I have no idea which of those two options is likely.
