LZA you said it . the fund will be too small. MXQ would not be able to borrow to on lend at higher rates. This form of debt lending is dead. It is in wind up mode just like MFNHA and others. If they achieve a deal to pay the notes + deferred , it will simply be a cost benefit analysis as to how and when each remaining asset is disposed of and the remaining fund returned to unitholders. If they cannot exit all assets at a reasonable value they may even delist before it is wound up to save costs.
