nothing much new here - some write downs as expected.

i note that the overheads are running at 2 mil pa. assuming an income of around 6 mil pa once debt paid off, that is 1/3 of total income! not much of a return for us.
i figure if they can refinance and pay off current debt and retain some gearing it might be ok, otherwise they have to cut overheads.
