Don't be silly Rob - I noticed you perused my Linkedin profile so you know my history - although I can't for the life of me comprehend why you would bother researching me when there is so much needing to be done at Anittel.

If you need a comment; AYG seems to have improved its position, although it can still only be descibed as woeful and isn't likely to change with the clients it keeps hemoraging - that definately needs to be addressed. Maybe you should leave vetting the company funnies to HR and spend more time returning value to shareholders by doing your job as Engineering Manager - that might help the company's performance.

I'll give you one thing though Rob at least your passionate about the company , maybe you should move into sales or account management - put yourself on the front line so to speak.
