with a market capitalisation of $10m and contributed equity of $54m there would have to be little (if any) possible upside in this company.

Maintaining revenues in the present economic environment maybe impressive, can this be maintained? unlikely.

Most likely outcome is company will be merged with a competitor with resultant staff losses i.e. more industry consolidation.
